Most customer service is done over the phone which is something I usually hate but they were very responsive and helpful. The room had plenty of different lighting options to change depending on the need: Relaxing, energizing, or um other needs. Great place to stay!
My husband and I loved this cute little hotel. It’s just down the road from downtown and offers great suggestions for local coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy get away

Great design and a cozy, romantic atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets within the room, without having to ask. It's a nice place that my wife and I are planning to return to.
Beautiful contactless hotel. We had an issue with the heating system when we first got there, but the customer service process was easy. The maintenance guy was there in 5 mins and had the issue resolved within a few minutes.

I loved the quiet access, the affordability, the location, and the beautiful decor. The room was spacious and accessible. The staff (only there when I needed) responded to any questions immediately. I'd highly recommend for a fun night out, family & friends, or an easy get-away.
We enjoyed our stay. Had to come into town for work conference. Room was clean and comfortable. There is some road noise but rooms are pretty well insulated, and the bathroom fan stays on to cancel most noise that makes it through. Never spoke with anyone in the office so that was pretty sweet too. Will stay again next year.
